We reserve the right to decline return requests if there is evidence of abuse, policy misuse, or excessive/fraudulent activity. Our goal is to ensure a fair shopping experience for everyone.

Return Eligibility: Full-price online orders may be returned within 30 days if they are new, unused, and in original packaging.

Return Process: To start a return, you’ll need your order number, email address, and billing ZIP code. A $5.00 fee for the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds: Once the return is received, a refund (minus the $5.00 label fee) will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. It may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.

BOGO Offers: If you return a purchased item from a BOGO promotion, your refund will be 50% of the item’s original price. Free promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Free Item Return Policy: If your order includes a free item, it must be returned along with the qualifying product. Returns that do not include the free item may be denied.
