Return Eligibility: Full-price online orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate the return process, customers need their order number, email address, and billing zip code. There is a $5.00 fee for the printable return shipping label, which will be deducted from the refund.

Refund: Upon receiving the return, Carrera guarantees a full refund, except for the $5.00 shipping label fee. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect on the credit card statement.
